You meet challenges every day. How do you deal with them? How do you handle them? Do you quit? Do you give up?
One strategy is attitude. Attitude is a way of thinking, acting and feeling which brings about success…or failure. Attitude is important. It’s vitally, critically important. It’s more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearances, giftedness or skill. The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. What is the attitude that you and I hold every day? What is your team’s attitude about what they do?
The one thing we completely own is our attitude. We have a choice every day about the attitude we take. I can’t control what happens to me, I can control how I react to it. We are in charge of our attitudes.
