Providing a WOW Customer Experience

November 6 – November 23, 2015

With the training from DM&A’s Destination 10, hospital staff continues to create WOW experience for patients. There are no questions from the survey that trigger these responses and to receive so many accolades within a 3 week period is quite remarkable.

11/09/2015 “Food was very good! Best hospital food I have gotten anywhere!”

11/09/2015 “Special thanks to Mrs. Carmen from food service for taking each consideration for my dietary needs (since I can’t eat seeds & such due to diverticulitis) and helped me work around those dietary limitations very caring.”

11/12/2015 “Food is excellent & the food service is good also.”

11/12/2015 “Food was very good care was very good no complaints they did a fantastic job.”

11/13/2015 “Kitchen staff were always able to answer questions about diet. So many times these folk are forgotten to be mentioned.”

11/13/2015 “Dietary – I loved the dietary menu with the variety of food I was able to choose being a diabetic. The food presentation was good and the food was very tasty.”
